Spiritual Activities at Sri Ramakrishna Mission, Indore

Temple is main center of all spiritual activities of the Mission. People from different spectrums of society, irrespective of caste, creed, race, nationality are welcomed. Visitors can join during daily vesper services or are allowed to practice silent prayers or meditation. 

Daily worship at temple begins at dawn with Mangal Aarti, followed by daily Pooja of Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Maa Sarada & Swami Vivekananda. At dusk vesper services are offered to the deity followed by singing of bhajans & meditation.   

Other than daily services special days as Birthdays of Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Maa, Swami Vivekananda, Ramnavmi, Janamashtami, Shivratri, Durgaashtami, Guru Purnima etc. are been observed with special Pooja and bhajans.

On Every 11th Day of lunar phase or (Ekadashi), Ramnamsankirtan is sung after vesper services.

In addition every Sunday lecture is been delivered by Head of the Centre from 10:00-11:00 AM

Occasional Spiritual retreats, lectures & japa yajna are also organized by the mission for spiritual seekers.
